Improving Operations and Profitably

Kilcoyne Consulting Group is committed to achieving maximum results for our customers with our five step process, called the KCG Way.  The KCG Way is designed to deliver a rigorous analysis of our customer’s business that yields actionable ideas and practices that will readily translate into increased profits and more efficient operations.

 

 Step 1.  KCG will provide a complimentary onsite consultation to customers within 60 miles of Indianapolis.  Out of town customers will have the option to either do a Skype consultation or one by phone.  The purpose of this meeting is two fold.  First, it is to help KCG understand what issues the customer is having and what help the customer is looking for KCG to provide.  It is also for KCG to be able to define  the scope of work and what assistance the customer will need to provide in order to complete the consultation, as well as provide a reasonable approximation for the time and cost of the consultation.

Step 2.  KCG will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work to be provided, the cost, and time needed to conduct the consultation.  After the customer signs the proposal, KCG will meet with the customer onsite to  begin the consultation.  This meeting is for the customer to provide an indepth review of its operations to KCG.  From this  review, KCG will then ask the customer to make sure that all relevant employees are notified of the consultation and what assistance they will need to provide in terms of time, access to files, financials, etc.

Step 3.  KCG will then conduct the consultation.  This consultation will be almost entirely onsite, with KCG interviewing company employees; reviewing and parsing files, records, financials; and conducting a site walk and review if necessary.

Step 4.  KCG will then prepare a detailed report for the customer detailing its findings and recommendations for the customer.  This report preparation, may or may not be done onsite depending on various circumstances.

Step 5.  KCG will meet with the customer to present its findings to the customer.  KCG will go through the report point by point and make recommendations on various changes the costumer should make to solve the problems upon which KCG was commissioned to consult.  This is the most critical, but exciting step of the consultation for the customer.  Here is when they learn how much money they can save, how streamlined their operations can become, and where the inefficiencies are.
